JC-CZ21 Diffused Silicon Flat Diaphragm Oil Filled Sensor Introduction:

JC-CZ21 diffused silicon flat diaphragm oil filled sensor is a sanitary flat diaphragm product (front-end without solder ring) developed based on JC-CZ11. The oil filled sensor is a high-stability, high-precision OEM pressure measuring silicon piezoresistive sensor for MEMS technology. This diffused silicon pressure sensor is packaged by pressure chips from internationally renowned manufacturers. External pressure is transmitted to the sensitive components through 316L stainless steel diaphragm and internal filled silicone oil, which can be used to measure all pressure media compatible with 316L stainless steel.
Each sensor is subjected to strict zero and full temperature compensation before leaving the factory, ensuring measurement accuracy in complex environments.
JC-CZ21 oil filled sensor provides two power supply options: constant current and constant voltage .
