NAME:JC-CZ03 Diffused Silicon Pressure Sensor (1MPa)

JC-CZ03 diffused silicon pressure sensor (1MPa)  is a silicon piezoresistive sensor based on MEMS technology and it is a high-stability, high-precision pressure measurement core packaged in the pressure chips. This JC-CZ03 diffused silicon pressure sensors are packaged with high-end pressure chips. The external pressure is transferred to the sensitive elements through 316L stainless steel diaphragm and silicone oil filling. The core is welded with stainless steel 304 or stainless steel 316L material M20X1.5mm or G1/2 screw head. The pressure sensing diaphragm is placed at the front of the screw head. Each transducer is strictly compensated for zero and full temperature before leaving the factory, which ensures the measurement accuracy in complex environment.

JC-CZ03 diffused silicon pressure sensor (1MPa) is a silicon piezoresistive sensor based on MEMS technology and it is a high-stability, high-precision pressure measurement core packaged in the pressure chips. External pressure passing 316L stainless steel diaphragm and internally filled silicone oil to sensitive components, diffusion silicon sensor can be used to measure all pressure media compatible with 316L stainless steel. Each diffusion silicon sensor is done with zero and full-scale temperature compensation, to ensure the accuracy of measurement in complex environments. The series provide 0-40Kpa … 7MPa, 0-1Mpa … 70Mpa and other low pressure range. The series can be done with film structure.
