JC-CZ01 diffused silicon pressure transducers (1MPa) are based on piezoresistive silicon pressure sensors packaged in a 316L stainless steel housing. The sensing package utilizes silicon oil to transfer pressure from the 316L diaphragm to the sensing element.Each sensor was strictly temperature compensated for both zero and span.There are two options of excitation power — current and voltage.

JC-CZ01 Diffused Silicon Pressure Transducer (1MPa) Overview:

JC-CZ01 diffused silicon pressure transducers (1MPa) are based on piezoresistive silicon pressure sensors packaged in a 316L stainless steel housing. The sensing package utilizes silicon oil to transfer pressure from the 316L diaphragm to the sensing element.Each sensor was strictly temperature compensated for both zero and span.There are two options of excitation power — current and voltage.

JC-CZ01 diffused silicon pressure transducer (1MPa) series silicon piezoresistive sensors based on micro-electromechanical system (MEMS) technology is a high stability, high precision OEM pressure measurement core. JC-CZ01 diffused silicon pressure transducer series of sensors are packaged with the most advanced pressure chip. The external pressure is transferred to the transducer through 316L stainless steel diaphragm and silicone oil filled inside. They can be used to measure all pressure media compatible with 316L stainless steel.

Each sensor is strictly compensated for zero and full temperature before leaving the factory, which ensures the measurement accuracy in complex environment.

JC-CZ01 diffused silicon pressure transducer series of transducers provide two power supply options, constant current source and constant voltage source (see technical parameters and selection table for details), and also provide threaded interface type, which can greatly facilitate the use of different customers’requirements.
