JC-CW01 silicon piezoresistive pressure core is a core component for the manufacture of pressure sensors and pressure transmitters. As a high-performance pressure sensitive element, it can be easily amplified and assembled into a standard signal output transmission device.

JC-CW01 is packaged with a diffusion-silicon pressure-sensitive chip in a 316L stainless steel housing. External pressure is transmitted through the stainless steel diaphragm and internal sealed silicone oil to the sensitive chip. The sensitive chip does not directly contact the measured medium, forming a complete pressure measurement. Solid structure, so the product can be applied to various occasions, including harsh corrosive media environment.

JC-CW01 uses an O-ring for pressure sealing and is easy to install. The company can also undertake special customization according to the needs of users, such as all-welded structure, wide temperature compensation, high reliability, resistance to strong impact and vibration-resistant pressure sensors.

1  It can be selected for over-range or down-range and the amplitude is controlled within ±30% FS.
2  Pressure type:  Gauge pressure, absolute pressure, seal pressure.
(1) Gauge pressure refers to the current atmospheric pressure as a reference, generally refers to a measurement greater than the current atmospheric pressure; negative pressure is a special case of gauge pressure, meaning work.
The site has conditions below the current atmospheric pressure.
(2) Absolute pressure is based on vacuum.
(3) The seal pressure is absolute pressure for gauge pressure, but the reference is pressure at the production site; there is no gauge pressure above 6MPa, only seal pressure.
3 Confirm the maximum overload of the system. The maximum overload of the system should be less than the overload protection limit of the sensor. Otherwise it will affect the service life of the product or even damage the product.
4 The commonly used compensation method for the product is 1.5mA constant current compensation.
5 The materials, processes, and positive pressures used to fabricate negative pressure cores are not the same, and gauge cores cannot be used in place of negative pressure cores.
